Keeping it up
“I’m quite lazy and I get bored really easily… every 30 seconds you’re changing your exercise… before you know it your 30 minutes is over and done with and you’re back out of the gym. I’ve probably been a member of every gym under the sun and I’ve normally not lasted very long or its been a real effort to come to the gym and I’ve normally ended up wasting a lot of money by not coming regularly but I’m quite surprised with NR that I’ve managed to come at least 3 times a week ever since I’ve joined size!”
