SMALL GROUP CLASSES- New to New River in 2013
Small Group Classes are small… just 8 women or less. So you get more personal attention and better results.They are also great fun.

Small Group classes are available to all members at £3 each, or £20 for ten. Please book your place and get your pass at reception.

THE CIRCUIT FOR WOMEN CLASS- New Class Times & Extra Classes
This class combines a workout to get your heart rate up, with strengthening especially designed for women using speicalised hydraulic machines and light weight dumbbells, along with your own body weight for a functional training aspect.
The classes range from 30, 45, and 60 minutes and include:
* a 30 minute trainer-led Circuit for Women, plus…
* for all classes except Thursday evening, a 15 minute Core Stability Class
* for all evening classes except Thursday evening, a 15 minute Stretch Class
These classes come free with all memberships and are for up to 14 women per class. Please book at reception.

SMALL GROUP POWERPLATE – Now on Sunday Mornings too!
Our PowerPlate is always led by a qualified PowerPlate trainer in a small class (maximum 4) This is to ensure you receive individual attention to your specific needs throughout your quick 30 minute classes. Classes run back to back, morning and evenings.
PowerPlate is available to PowerPlate Members and Pay-as-you-Go PowerPlate customers. Please remember to book.
