You can do the Circuit for Women whenever you like, however, we run classes too, which is a fun way to do it with other people led by trainer throughout. Please book at reception.

CORE STABILITY CLASS

This is a short, 15 minute, trainer-led Abs & Core Workout focusing on strengthening all the abdominals. Please book at reception.

FLEX & STRETCH CLASS

Our PowerPlate is always led by a trainer in a small class (maximum 4) This is to ensure you receive individual attention to your specific needs throughout your quick 30 minute classes. Classes run back to back, morning and evenings. Please remember to book.
