This is our most specialised KickStart, to meet all the challenges of post-natal care, with a lot of one-on-one attention to your specific situation and your specific goals. A highly personalised trainer-led PT session with a REPS level 3 trainer that will bump you up to the next level!
Post-Natal Reviews x 3
Led by a Post-Natal Specialist, this is a review following on from your Post-Natal Consultation with a look at your goals, your diet and how you are getting on with exercising after pregnancy.
Goal Checks x 2
Includes reviewing goals, calculating target heart rate, taking measurements and taking blood pressure
