Lots of fun and a great way to let off some steam! Said to be an excellent pre-natal workout and excellent for back pain prevention. Will improve posture & muscle tone.


15 min Power Stretch

15 mins stretching led by a New River Trainer. This will help you become better at doing you stretches and is a great finish to your workout.


15 min Core Stability!

Dedicated to pure abs & back strengthening to compliment the core work and cardio you already do in your 30 minute workouts.
