Our 30 minute NR Workout is the most intelligent way for time-pressed women to achieve lasting weight-control, health and vitality. You complete a circle of 20 different exercise stations in a fun & fast-paced workout suitable for all ability levels. You can come and do it whenever you like! You never need to book an appointment.

Lots of support

We always have a qualified trainer on hand to make sure you are exercising at the pace that’s right for you. You keep your heart-rate at steady 60-80% of your own personal “maximum heart rate” (don’t worry we’ll help you find it! It’s different for everyone).


What it will do to your body

You will develop leaner, slimmer, toned muscle. A kilo of muscle is a fraction of the size of a kilo of fat. We help you replace fat with lean, slim, toned muscles.

Our Slimming Machines

The hydraulic machines used on the NR Workout are especially designed for women. Unlike conventional weight machines that are more inclined to build muscle mass, our machines will help you slim & tone.

Anyone can use them. You could be 80 years old or 8. They adjust to you. The harder you try, the harder they resist. Sort of like moving your hand through water; if you do it fast, it’s hard, if you do it slow, it’s easy. In addition, they have 6 levels of resistance to add a little extra if you’re getting too good!

We place a strong emphasis on variety so you keep enjoying your workout and remain challenged.
As well as slimming machines, our qualified trainers will coach you in using jogging platforms, rebounders, skipping ropes,
weighted hula hoops and lots of other exercises.

PowerClasses

You can do the NR Workout whenever you like. You never need to make an appointment. But we also run free trainer-led Power classes which are lots of fun and will help you step up a gear!
