We always have a qualified trainer on hand to make sure you are exercising at the pace that’s right for you. You keep your heart-rate at steady 60-80% of your own personal “maximum heart rate” (don’t worry we’ll help you find it! It’s different for everyone).

The hydraulic machines used on the NR Workout are especially designed for women. Unlike conventional weight machines that are more inclined to build muscle mass, our machines will help you slim & tone.
Anyone can use them. You could be 80 years old or 8. They adjust to you. The harder you try, the harder they resist. Sort of like moving your hand through water; if you do it fast, it’s hard, if you do it slow, it’s easy. In addition, they have 6 levels of resistance to add a little extra if you’re getting too good!
