Passion: “My passion for sport and fitness began at an early age. Having always been part of team sports I realised that motivation from others helps me train harder. This is why I love training others. I strive to help clients achieve their goals by offering support, advice, motivation, and encouragement. Whether it is working one-to-one or in groups, I aim to ensure clients have an effective and enjoyable workout. Knowing that I can help others through their workout ensures I continue to love what I do. Along with personal training, I have done sports massage, which helps prepare the body for exercise, recover after exercise, or function well during exercise. It emphasises on the prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons and stimulates circulation of blood. It can increase range of motion and break down knots in muscles, therefore helping my clients muscles recover from training or preparing the body for exercise.
